Definition of terms:

• Company - Teffecx Company and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries.
• Sponsor - Person or company who will provide a prize or prizes for Contests in return for promotional and or marketing considerations.
• Contest - Online games, entry forms, or online mechanisms, as well as offline methods, where participants interact these items with for with the purpose of winning a prize, entertainment or enjoyment, and socialization. Please note that proper participation and Contest play requires adhering to the rules of that Contest. The Company is the final arbiter of Contest rules and the determination of which Contestants are awarded prizes.
• Prize - A product, service or other tangible considerations awarded to a Contestant or Contestants for participating in a Contest or game during its run and/or after its conclusion, according to the rules of that Contest.
• Contestant - a single person who fills out and submits an entry form, and/or registers, then participates in a Contest that may result in one or more persons or entries being awarded a prize, or a Contest that provides a competitive experience in which a prize or prizes are awarded at the conclusion of that Contest.
• Visitor - Person(s) who view the site but don't necessarily register or participate in a Contest, survey or other Contest/game experiences. Visitors are also bound by these terms of services they use on the areas of the site(s) that apply. For the purposes of viewing Contests, the Visitor may also be referred to and considered a site spectator.

General:

In order to use this site, you must agree to the terms stated on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please don't use this site.

This site has no restrictions for viewing. However, in order to play or compete in our Contests, registration, entries and posts are restricted to Contestants 18 years of age or older.

This website, and those of The Company's affiliates/subsidiaries, functionality and site elements are to be used "as is", and makes no claim of a warranty of any kind. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss of any kind resulting in the use of this website, and users relinquish any rights to file claims for monetary damages or any other considerations against The Company, it's affiliates or sponsors, as a result of using this site or its' functionality and elements.

The Company respects individuals and groups for who they are and how they chose to represent themselves. Users are to exercise respect and dignity of all who use this site. Bullying, harmful teasing, harrassment, disparagement of any individual or groups, especially by race, age, religion, national origin, gender and sexual orientation, will not be tolerated. Violations can result in immediate suspension or revocation of a Contestant's account. Stronger action may result in a Contestant or Visitor being banned from this and affiliate/subsidiary websites.

A Constant or Visitor can offer suggestions in improving the apperance, funtionality and/or user experience of this site. Those suggestions will then become the property of The Company, and the user gives up any claim of ownership of those suggestions, ideas, methods and input provided. The user also agrees to not ask for or expect compensation for input provided to Company related to this website or its related properties.

Criminal and/or illegal activity is not allowed by any Contestant or Visitor of this or related websites. Such activity will be reported to the proper authorities, and The Company will cooperate and work with the proper authorities in all criminal investigations leading up to an arrest and/or prosecution of any and every Contestant and/or Visitor involved in such activity. For the protection of all site users privacy, proper warrants, sopeonas, and court orders will have to be obtained in pursuit of such information, for The Company to provide cooperation.

Violations of any of these terms can result in suspension, banning from all sites, and revocation of all accounts.

Please include your description of the situation, why you are making the appeal, and why you feel an appeal is valid. Please include all applicable information, such as website address(s) where the violation took place, times, dates, other users involved, and any additional circumstances to be considered in the appeal.

Privacy:

Some information you post or submit, such as name and address, will treated as private as long as it is posted in designated areas, such as in a signup area or Contest entry. This applies to Contests that The Company run, not that of certain Contests run on behalf of sponsors, or that of sponsors participating in a Company-run Contest. The Company's policy is that it does not sell individual or identifiable information to third parties, and we do not allow third parties to contact users directly using that information or information obtained through this site. Information posted outside those areas will be treated as public, and no expectation of privacy should be assumed.

No information posted online is ever 100% secure, and The Company makes no claims that it is, or will be. The Company will take all reasonable measures to keep private information secure. By using this site, all site Visitors and Contestants release The Company from all liability regarding unauthorized access to any individual's information.

Contests and Contestants:

Contest entries, as it relates to awarding a Prize(s) or other considerations, will conform to the Contest rules, and applicable federal, state and local laws regarding Contests.

The Contestant agrees to represent ONE person, not a group of persons, a company or any collective group of individuals. Any representation on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Contestants must attest that all information regarding a registration and/or a form that includes identifying information, such as name, address, phone number and email, is true at the time of registration or submission of a Contest.

Some Contests may allow for more than one entry to be entered as a part of Contest play.

Contest entries, material posted in the comment sections, and other such entries become the property of The Company, unless otherwise stated. The source of copyrighted property must be clearly labeled and referenced, and that permission must be obtained by the user prior to submission. Posts that do not conform can be removed with out notice.

If registration for a Contest is required, a Contestant is limited to ONE account, although a user can play multiple times in one game, or multiple games at a time, if offered. If a user is found playing the same game with multiple accounts, or different games using multiple accounts, even if the user plays no more than one game per account, all accounts belonging or traced to that single user will be revoked.

Our contests are mainly performed online. A Contestant can be logged in to more than one device. This feature is designed as a convenience to a user, not an invitation to play multiple times using those devices in rapid and/or sustained succession. Such use of multiple devices for the purpose of posting rapid entries in succession will be considered a "denial of service" style attack, and that user's account may be suspended and/or revoked.

Contest entries become the property of The Company. None will be returned or electronically transmitted back to the entrant or other requesting parties.

Site Registrants must agree to keep access and login credentials secure, and represent the person that the user's login credentials represent. The Registrant cannot share credentials with third parties for the purpose of providing information regarding the user's charater, habits, preferences, or any information to be used in an evaluation or assessment of that user, unless ordered to do so by a court or law enforcement. A violation of this can result in the immediate revocation of an account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel a Contest in progress, for any reason, at any time.

Contests that require a form submit: Contest play also refers to anyone who is filling out an entry form. Contest play is concluded when the Contestant has filled out all required fields of a Contest form and has pressed the submit button to submit the entry.

Contests that require an account sign in: Contest play refers to anyone with an active account, who has logged into a Contest, and is posting, rating a post using the various rating mechanisms presented, responding to a post or viewing activity of a game. For Contests requiring a login, a Contestant ceases to be active in any Contest when that Contestant has successfully logged out. A persistent login still identifies a Contestant as participating in the Contest logged into, even if the device(s) the Contestant uses or has used to access Contests are turned off, the Contestant is not physically near the device(s), or the device(s) are no longer in possession the Contestant, as long as that persistent login connection continues to exist.

Contestants agree that the only compensation awarded is in the terms of prizes and promotions, or as a resolution to a customer service issue. The Contestant is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, tariffs and all such payments requried by the governing jurisdiction the user resides in and is subject to.

The Company maintains the integrity of all games. Cheating, tampering, hacking and any type of play that interferes or affects the integrity of any Contest will be dealt with restrictions on the Contestant's ability to participate in any Contest, including banning and/or revoking access to all Company's Contests and websites.

Contests rules may be restricted further or contain additional instructions not stated in this Terms of Service. Where they conflict or this Terms of Service is silent, the Contest rules of the specific Contest will prevail.

Violations of any of these terms can result in suspension, banning from Contests, and revocation of accounts.

If you, the Contestant, do not agree to any or all of these terms, you are prohibited in signing up for, creating an account for, participating in or winning Prizes for any Contest.
